Autumn Stroll
I was given 3 hours to escape to the studio... this 24x24” was the result. I’m always amazed as to what one can do when on a short leash. I find that having a deadline can sometimes bring out the best in me. No time to second guess, just make a decision and run with it. Now, it’s not like this painting spilled off the knife and brush in 3 hours, I used drawings and color sketches done weeks ago to help inform me, so in a lot of ways the hard work was over, now it was time for the fun to begin!
